Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not issue refunds on any purchases. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacements if necessary. If you need assistance with an order, please call us for help. Please note that some restrictions may apply.
The maximum liability for any purchase is limited to the total value of that purchase.
We reserve the right to decide whether or not to issue refunds, redeliveries, credits, or other remedies at our sole discretion.
**SHIPPING & RETURNS**
All deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns on any purchases. If the recipient does not want the delivery for any reason, we encourage them to pass it on to someone else.
