Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our policy is not to issue a refund on any purchases made. However, we are happy to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacement if necessary. Please call us to request help with an order. Some restrictions may apply.

The maximum liability of any purchase is the total value of the purchase.

 

We reserve the right not to issue refunds, redeliveries, credits, etc., at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form.

 

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our policy is not to accept returns on any purchases made. If, for some reason, the recipient does not want the delivery, they are encouraged to give them away.
